good stuff we see and do
Heath 10: A Date, A Moment, A Design
We love it that so many restaurants in California (and in other parts of the country) serve their fare on Heath plates. It’s due in part to our Rim dinnerware line, which gained huge popularity by 1973. This was a true “design meets function” moment, where the organic, exposed clay edge of the plates, bowls and mugs are a beautiful design element but were made primarily to be stackable and durable for Heath’s growing restaurant roster. We still see it in restaurants (and it’s our own Adam Silverman’s favorite setting) but our customers love the line for their homes too. One of these pieces will be featured in our upcoming Winter Seasonal Collection in a new glaze! #heath10
